1. Introduction

Welcome to Madi_cured! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our subscription service, available through our website www.madicured.com.au. By subscribing to Madi_cured, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription

2.1 By subscribing to Madi_cured, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee of $39.00 AUD. This fee will be automatically billed to your chosen payment method.

2.2 Payment for your subscription is due on a monthly basis and will continue until canceled by you or by Madi_cured in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. As noted below, we may change subscription terms or subscription fees at any time on a go forward basis at our sole discretion.

3. Account Creation

3.1 As a subscriber, you have the option to create an account on Madi_cured website to access our subscription service.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the Madicured website.

4.2 No refunds will be given for subscription fees already paid, and cancellation will be effective immediately upon request.

4.3 If your payment is not successful on any given month, your access to Madi_cured will be revoked until payment is made. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, cancel or terminate your access to our products or services or cancel your subscription at any time.

4.4 If your credit card expires, declines or your payment method is otherwise invalid, we do not automatically terminate your account and you will remain responsible for all charges and uncollected amounts incurred until you cancel your subscription or we, at our sole discretion, decide to terminate your account. In addition, we reserve the right to collect from you all costs we incur in connection with the collection of unpaid accounts, including court costs, legal fees, collection agency fees and any other associated costs.

5. Content Access and Usage

5.1 As a subscriber to Madi_cured, you acknowledge and agree that all content, including but not limited to the logo, visual design, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Madicured.

5.2 You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen recording, recording audio, or taking screenshots of any and all content available on the Madi_cured platform.

5.3 Unauthorized use or reproduction of Madi_cured’s content may result in the termination of your subscription and legal action.

6. Modifications to Service

Madicured reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service, including content availability, at any time without notice.

7. Privacy

7.1 By subscribing to Madi_cured, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Online Platform

Madicured is an online platform that aims to provide nail related content to it’s subscribers. Madi_cured encourages recognised training. Madi-cured is not a recognised course, and a certificate of completion is not included within the subscription.
